Job summary

Fringe Sport, LLC is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist for a remote, full-time role. You will transform customer insights into creative ideas, work with our team and AI to produce ads, and continually optimize performance across platforms.

You should have proven DTC ad experience, hands-on Meta spend, and excellent English skills tailored to a US audience. The role blends creative strategy with paid media management, offering real ownership and collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Have built DTC ads that performed and can show numbers.
• Have run Meta spend yourself, or are close and leverage AI to do the heavy lifting.
• Understand why people buy and can spot a strong hook quickly.
• Advanced English and ability to tailor messaging for a US audience.

Responsibilities

• Dig for angles in customer reviews, support tickets, competitor ads, and real customer conversations.
• Turn insights into hooks, concepts, scripts and briefs the team can execute.
• Lead a small content team and AI workflow to produce ads.
• Shape organic, YouTube, search content and product education; own the paid creative engine.
