Reach Digital is a remote, AI-first performance marketing agency specializing in eCommerce and digital brands. The Creative Strategist will own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, and writing briefs used by editors, collaborating with brand partners and growth/design teams.

We seek a candidate with 2+ years in digital marketing, a passion for creative strategy, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating learnings to clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and conversion-focused content.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and bring ideas to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and welcome feedback.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and brainstorm ad angles weekly for editors.
• Own creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay on top of platform trends and translate into testable concepts.
