Job summary

Reach Digital, a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency, seeks a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end. You’ll research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors, collaborating with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You’ll bring 2+ years in digital marketing, a passion for creative strategy, and the ability to communicate learnings to teammates and clients while staying ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and high-converting content.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and concepts and translate them into briefs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-project management.
• Willingness to learn, give/receive feedback, and communicate learnings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write briefs weekly for the editing team.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners and maintain a living strategy document.
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes; translate into testable concepts.
• Collaborate with 3–5 brand partners at a time to deepen creative work and develop winning ads.
