Job summary

Reach Digital is a fully remote, AI-first performance marketing agency helping ecommerce brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. As a Creative Strategist, you will own the creative end-to-end, researching, developing ad angles, writing hooks, and building briefs for editors to execute with brands and design teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and what content converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and concepts and translate into briefs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn, give and receive feedback.
• Comfortable communicating learnings with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles, and write briefs weekly for editors.
• Own creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy doc.
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and policy changes and translate into concepts.
• Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into creativity.
