Qualifications

• Working knowledge of US accounting practices and QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP/AR and create customer invoices with monitoring of balances.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, fuel-card, and vendor accounts.
• Record trucking and drayage expenses including port and detentions.
• Review settlements for carriers and owner-operators; match documents.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting; ensure accurate records.
