Job summary

American Logistics Authority seeks experienced freight dispatchers based in the Philippines to support a U.S.-based trucking operation. You will handle end-to-end dispatching, load boards, negotiations, and driver coordination from a remote Philippine location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a freight dispatcher for U.S. trucks.
• Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, and 123Loadboard.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brokers.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Book profitable loads for U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck).
• Handle end-to-end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls, and delivery follow-up.
• Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers via phone, email, and load boards.
• Keep detailed logs of loads and daily activities.
• Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations.
• Manage multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining driver relationships.
• Work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred).
