• Two to three years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
• Experience processing a moderate to high volume of invoices.
• Experience supporting multiple companies, locations, branches or legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions for multiple entities.
• Review invoices for accuracy and documentation; code in QuickBooks.
• Prepare payment requests and batches; coordinate with local accounting.
• Provide billing support by generating invoices from Coach Manager.
