Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Create customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, fuel-card, and vendor accounts.
• Record trucking and drayage expenses, including fuel, tolls, port charges, and detentions.
• Review carrier settlements and driver settlements.
• Match bills, delivery documents, rate confirmations, and proofs of delivery.
• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain records in QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, customers, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and other accounting duties.
