Job summary

Affordable Facility Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist with Admin Support to grow two brands and support daily operations. The role blends social media management, video editing, digital advertising, website content, customer service and administration.

You'll manage content across platforms, coordinate with our Australian marketing provider, and create engaging campaigns while maintaining brand identity and reporting results.

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media or a combined marketing/support role.
• Portfolio showing social media content, reels, Canva designs or ads campaigns.
• Ability to explain contribution and measurable results.
• Excellent English, including handling Australian customer calls.
• Strong Canva skills and video editing with CapCut or similar tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager; TikTok ads desirable.
• Understanding of local audience targeting, lead generation and reporting.
• Basic WordPress/CMS and on-page SEO skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
• Maintain a content calendar with jobs, before-after results and promotions.
• Write captions, maintain brand identity, respond to comments and messages.
• Coordinate with an external marketing provider; track campaigns and budgets.
• Create marketing content in Canva; edit videos with CapCut; produce reels.
• Publish blogs/pages; perform basic WordPress edits and on-page SEO tasks.
• Handle customer calls, enquiries and ServiceM8 bookings during coverage hours.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer and booking records; support admin tasks.
