Job summary

SourceU is hiring a Marketing Specialist focused on social media for a South Australian commercial cleaning business. The role is work-from-home and will grow Facebook and Instagram presence, manage Meta ads to generate leads, and plan marketing to attract new commercial clients.

About the role

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist, focused on social media, for a South Australian commercial cleaning business. The business looks after over 40 commercial sites, like offices, medical centres and shopping centres, and wants more commercial clients.

You’ll grow the business’s Facebook and Instagram pages, manage Meta ads to bring in leads, and plan the marketing to attract new commercial clients. You’ll report to the business owner and work mostly on your own. The role can grow into full‑time as results come in.

Key responsibilities

Social media

• Plan and post regularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Create content that fits the brand
• Check engagement and use it to improve future posts

Meta ads

• Set up, manage and improve Meta ads to bring in leads
• Check how ads are performing and make changes to get better results

Marketing plans

• Create and run marketing plans to get more commercial clients
• Suggest new marketing ideas to the business owner

Website and content

• Review the website and update it so more visitors become inquiries
• Track website traffic and inquiries

Admin support (only if needed)

• Help with simple admin tasks if the workload grows
• Use Xero for invoicing and Connect Team for scheduling
