Boomering Inc. is hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant to manage social media across two Australian businesses and provide administrative support from a work-from-home setup.

The role involves content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with duties spanning basic bookkeeping in Xero and property management support. You will handle client inquiries, bookings via Cliniko, and collaboration with internal teams while maintaining records and supporting

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in health or allied health sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok trends.
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including phone handling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop social media posts, reels, and marketing materials to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and audience interactions.
• Assist with Google Ads monitoring and optimization.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and emails professionally.
