Job summary

D2B is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to own the company’s online presence and also provide broad administrative support across the business. You will drive content, campaigns, CRM, and lead generation while coordinating website updates and assets.

You’ll work at Australian hours in a hybrid role, using Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS tools to grow engagement and deliver measurable results for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing and social media management experience.
• Experience running both organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Strong CRM and lead management knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow social media presence across platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendar and posting schedule.
• Plan, create, and optimise organic and paid social campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and advise improvements.
• Ensure ad activities are transparent to owners.
• Lead generation & CRM management: maintain CRM records and pipelines.
• Support lead gen campaigns and track enquiries and leads.
• Follow-up activities and nurturing via email CRM.
• Generate reports on marketing performance.
• Website management: update content, images, portfolios, and services.
• Assist SEO and CMS optimisations; coordinate with external providers.
• Graphic design and advertising: create assets and campaign creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels; assist promotions.
• Administrative support: data entry and records maintenance.
• Support scheduling, communications, and document preparation.
• Organise business systems.
• Desirable: Experience in construction/home improvement trades.
• Marketing reporting and campaign analysis.
• Automation and workflow tools familiarity.
