Job summary

Toloka AI is hiring a founding Partnerships Lead to drive outbound sourcing of business data partners and close strategic deals. You will work with the partnerships PMs, delivery, legal, and sales to sign, structure, and scale data collaborations.

This fully remote role offers ownership from day one, with the chance to build the function as the company scales globally and partners with AI labs, tech firms, and enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial sourcing with independently sourced deals.
• Experience building a new function and leading it from zero in a startup context.
• Strong outbound prospecting, funnel management and target-list discipline.

Responsibilities

• Source partners outbound and build target lists of data-driven businesses globally.
• Open doors, pitch value propositions, and convert outreach into meetings with decision-makers.
• Structure and close deals with pilots that scale into ongoing data collection.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Sales to negotiate workable contracts.
