Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate (Partnerships) to drive offline and online partner acquisition across LATAM markets, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development. This full-time remote role aligns with EST business hours and offers exposure to leading technology brands.

You will own partnerships end-to-end, build strong relationships, analyze ROI, and collaborate with CRM, Operations, and broader teams to scale growth channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships across LATAM markets.
• Own partnerships end-to-end: ideation, contracting, campaign execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners; act as primary contact.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities aligned with growth goals.
• Establish KPIs, track results, and optimize ROI.
