Job summary

Enshored Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented operations associate in Metro Manila to support menu maintenance, back-office tasks, and admin duties across catering platforms.

You will handle digital menu updates, data entry, order adjustments, and coordinate with kitchen teams using internal checklists.

The role requires 1–2 years in food industry, a degree, strong English, and a proactive mindset; working hours are 9 PM to 6 PM, with temporary remote arrangement and potential onsite duties.

Qualifications

• Education: A Degree is good to have.
• Experience: 1-2 years in the food industry is an advantage.
• Skills: Attention to detail, self-learning, databases, communication, and proactivity.
• Languages: English.

Responsibilities

• Menu & Tech Maintenance: Building Digital Menus, Menu Setup, Tech Troubleshooting; Digital Filing and Data Updates.
• Back-Office & Admin Support: Platform Management, Day-to-Day Adjustments, Order Confirmation, Kitchen Communication.
