Job summary

1840 & Company is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Philippines. The role involves assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving inquiries with a focus on a positive experience, and ensuring security by verifying identities.

The position is work-from-home with US EST hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) and compensation in USD at $2.48 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of customer service or technical support experience, Zendesk proficiency,

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of customer service/technical support experience.
Must have experience using Zendesk.
Fluent in both English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and concerns.
Provide prompt and accurate responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist customers in setting up and resolving account issues.
Verify the identity of customers to maintain account security.
Manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively and efficiently.
Identify and assess customer needs and take appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction.
Provide customers with accurate information using appropriate tools.
Handle complaints, offer solutions within timeframes, and follow up on resolutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
