Magic seeks a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, protect revenue, and drive expansion for a remote, US-hours role. You will manage a growing book of business, deliver data-driven insights, and guide clients to measurable ROI with strategic advice.

Qualifications

3–5 years of B2B customer success or account management experience.
Direct ownership of revenue retention and expansion targets.
Experience with US market and executive-level conversations.
Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce and data tooling.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of accounts and drive 90%+ gross revenue retention and 110%+ NR through proactive expansion.
Lead comprehensive QBRs with data-driven presentations on value delivered.
Execute Magic's onboarding framework (30-60-90 days) for every client.
Develop tailored success plans with milestones and objectives.
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite founders and senior decision-makers.
Coordinate cross-functionally to address escalations and deliver results.
Analyze usage data to predict churn risk and expansion potential; prepare monthly health reports.
