Job summary

Linear is a remote-first company seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with top customers and ensure they realize Linear's value across their organization. You will onboard new customers, deliver ongoing support, and foster strong relationships to drive retention.

As part of the early team, you will shape processes, champion customer needs, and collaborate with product, sales, and support to continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• SaaS and startup experience is a must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Linear’s mid-market customers; act as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Become a product expert and help customers use Linear to achieve business outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and training on Linear’s features and best practices; expand usage within accounts.
• Advocate for customer needs with product, engineering, and support to drive improvements.
