Job summary

Pear Tree. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term relationships with clients while guiding onboarding and adoption. The role requires proactive health monitoring, issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration to optimize churn prevention and satisfaction.

You will manage communications, track metrics, and report outcomes while operating in a fully remote setup within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Multiplier.
• Proven experience with onboarding, retention and renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM and customer management platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition to ongoing support.
• Act as main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction and account health.
• Proactively address concerns, risks and potential churn.
• Handle queries, issues and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-ups.
• Support customer retention and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in CRM.
• Track and report customer success metrics and performance.
• Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.
