Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support Australian business customers from a remote setup. You will handle multi-channel support (phone and email) and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage.

You will collaborate with onshore teams, identify CX/UX improvements, and contribute product feedback while maintaining out-of-hours coverage with autonomy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support or customer success.
• Call center operations experience with multi-channel tools.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, and digital tools.
• Empathetic, customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Able to work autonomously during out-of-hours shifts while collaborating with Australian teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-channel support (phone and email) to Australian customers outside standard hours.
• Resolve hardware, software, account configuration, and fulfillment issues.
• Escalate urgent tickets to onshore teams and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Become a product SME to establish best practices and assist teammates.
• Identify CX/UX improvements and feedback for Product and Engineering.
