NZAB is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a fully remote team supporting Australian clients. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring customers derive value from the product or service.

The position requires strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The salary is PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000 per month, with final amount at client discretion based on skills and experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Multiplier.
• Proven onboarding, retention and renewal expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and remote environments.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Lead onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.
• Act as main contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor engagement, satisfaction and account health.
• Identify and address customer concerns and risk of churn.
• Handle queries and escalations professionally and timely.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Support retention and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve experience and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in CRM.
• Track and report customer success metrics and account performance.
