KMC Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Architect to be the trusted advisor for Zoom Phone clients. You will design blueprints for success, drive product adoption, and unlock the platform's potential. The role blends technical expertise with customer empathy to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through setup of Zoom Phone and admin capabilities.
• Ability to map customer needs to platform features and benefits.
• Strong scheduling and time-management skills for multi-customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers how to set up Zoom Phone and use admin features.
• Identify pain points and propose solutions within the ZP platform.
• Explain complex call routing and setup across multiple configurations.
• Guide clients through web/mobile interfaces and software configurations.
• Manage a book of business across multiple customers with regular deployment reviews.
• Keep detailed notes and track issues throughout the process.
• Schedule multiple customer-facing meetings and juggle tickets, emails, and notes.
