You will be the frontline voice, providing support and solutions to customers through a virtual platform while building valuable skills in customer engagement and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent listening and empathy for customers.
• Patient and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Basic computer literacy and quick system navigation.
• Reliable internet and a suitable home workspace for virtual work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• New entrants welcome; prior customer service experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company system.
• Follow company policies and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to improve service delivery.
