Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Processing customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following established protocols and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to management
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
