Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, support, or reception role (minimum 1 year, AU support preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication is essential.
• Proficient with VoIP, email platforms, and CRM/internal databases.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, professional phone etiquette, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Call Management: Answer incoming calls and perform outbound calls using VoIP technology.
• Outreach: Conduct initial communication with customers by strictly adhering to company-provided scripts to ensure consistent messaging.
• Email Management: Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring all communications are accurate and professional.
• Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying needs, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, maintain contact details, and update project information in the CRM or internal systems.
• Process Adherence: Follow established business processes, workflows, and communication standards.
• Scheduling: Assist with scheduling or confirming customer calls and meetings as required.
