stack sourcinggg is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account) for a 100% virtual recruitment process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product and account information, and resolve customer concerns with a focus on service quality.

The role offers shift-based scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with training and ongoing support. No prior experience required; BPO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication and conversational skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving concerns through phone calls.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
