Job summary

StaffSmart Outsourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Easy Account (Healthcare) to join our fully remote virtual team. You will handle non-voice support via email, chat, and tickets, supporting healthcare accounts from Bridgetowne, Pasig City while working from home.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of BPO experience, a high school diploma, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is advantageous.
• 6 months of BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities
