Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Billing & Compliance Specialist (WFH|NightShift) to own end-to-end billing accuracy for a US-based client. In a fully remote setup, you will process enhancement billing in Sage Intacct, manage monthly invoices, and keep customer portals compliant and audit-ready.

You’ll work with large Excel datasets, research billing issues to root causes, and support AR operations with process improvement initiatives in a stable, systems-driven finance team.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large datasets, formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable operations.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate, on-time billing from file to delivery.
• Maintain customer portals for compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor invoice delivery, track status and correct issues.
• Support AR team with peak workloads and special projects.
