Job summary

D2B is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will support our legal team with property transactions, contracts, and compliance to ensure smooth real estate settlements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in conveyancing or legal support, experience with AU/NZ practices, and strong organizational and communication skills. Remote work flexibility and proficiency with practice management software are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of legal support experience (Conveyancing/Paralegal/Legal Assistant)
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand legal practices is required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to juggle priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of legal practice management software is a plus (e.g., LEAP, Smokeball, Clio, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information
• Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review conveyancing documents (contracts of sale, transfer documents, settlement statements)
• Conduct title and property searches and due diligence for transactions
• Manage file setup, document organization and case management
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and stakeholders
• Prepare settlement documents and coordinate settlement timelines
• Draft correspondence and maintain client communications on updates
• Support compliance checks and document reviews for property matters
• Update information in Smokeball or other practice management systems
• Ensure tasks align with Australian/New Zealand conveyancing procedures and timelines
