Job summary

D2B is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal in the Philippines to support their busy property team across residential and commercial conveyancing. You will manage files from onboarding to post-settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NZ requirements while liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties.

The role requires at least 2 years in conveyancing or property law, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of conveyancing or property law experience.
Solid knowledge of the New Zealand conveyancing process, including LINZ dealings and e-dealing platforms.
Experience with AML/CFT compliance procedures.
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel with familiarity with legal practice management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Open new matters, conduct conflict checks, AML/CFT verifications and send engagement letters.
Prepare sale/purchase agreements, loan documents, and minutes.
Manage conveyancing transactions from conditions through settlement and liaise with lenders and third parties.
Prepare settlement statements and coordinate with lenders and solicitors for settlement.
Notify clients post-settlement and maintain accurate file notes and administration.
