Qualifications

• Practical understanding of Australian property law, conveyancing workflows, and Form 2 structures.
• Experience running AML identity checks and ordering property search reports.
• Excellent spoken and written English for client interaction and team collaboration.
• High precision when reviewing legal documents and transaction paperwork.
• Ability to manage multiple disclosure files under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and compile Form 2 (Vendor Statements) and seller disclosure docs.
• Communicate with clients to request and verify personal and property details for disclosures.
• Coordinate AML verification checks to ensure compliance with Australian requirements.
• Order and review land titles, council, and statutory search reports.
• Assemble draft disclosure files for internal verification and approval.
• Coordinate with conveyancers and staff to meet disclosure deadlines.
