Job summary

D2B is seeking a high-velocity AU/NZ Paralegal working remotely on dayshift. The role focuses on clearing a time-sensitive personal injury backlog by compiling briefs for barristers and supporting family law matters.

You will assist with firm administration, contribute to offshore work-model development, and help transition from legacy systems to PracticePanther while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documents.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in personal injury matter management.
• Strong legal documentation and barrister briefs prep.
• Excellent written English with precise attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Progress personal injury files at pace, clearing backlog.
• Prepare and assemble briefs for barristers to avoid delays.
• Draft correspondence, file notes, and standard legal documents promptly.
• Maintain calendar control and track file status in PracticePanther/ActionStep.
• Assist with family law matters and Legal Aid Panel administration.
• Provide operational support across criminal, civil, employment, and immigration matters.
• Support system migration from ActionStep to PracticePanther and assist leadership.
