D2B is hiring a dedicated AML / Compliance-minded Paralegal in a fully remote role. You will support the compliance team focusing on AML, CFT, and financial crime functions across AU/NZ markets from the Philippines.

Responsibilities include CDD/EDD, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting, all while maintaining thorough documentation and alignment with company processes. This is a long‑term, remote engagement with AU/NZ collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AML experience covering AU/NZ markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial crime, AML, and CFT regulations in AU/NZ.
• Familiarity with compliance practices in NZ/AU.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and ensure AML/CFT compliance for clients in AU/NZ.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare compliance reports.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation actions.
• Respond to compliance queries and support AML training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure audit readiness.
