Job summary

OutsourcedIn is partnering with an Australian construction company to hire an experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in Australian construction projects. This remote role supports contract documentation, variations, and financial tracking across multiple projects.

You will work with Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to ensure compliant reporting, meticulous contract records, and accurate cost tracking, all within AU working hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years Contracts Administration experience in Australian construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills and data tracking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage building contracts, variations, and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
• Track contract values, variations, and cost changes.
• Monitor progress claims and payments.
• Generate Excel trackers for project costs, budgets vs actuals, variations and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Estimators, Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
