Job summary

Remotee is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a Western Australian gold mining operation. You will administer contracts end-to-end, ensuring compliance, manage claims and variations, and coordinate with suppliers, contractors and project teams from a remote setup.

The role reports to the Commercial Manager and requires strong negotiation and English communication skills. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in contracts/quantity surveying, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in contracts administration, procurement or construction-related contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and construction/procurement terms, capable of interpreting international terms.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts end-to-end to ensure obligations are met.
• Review claims, variations and extensions of time; organize approvals.
• Coordinate contractor meetings; take minutes and close actions.
