Job summary

Outsource Access, Inc. is a fully remote role seeking a Contract Specialist with a business or law background and at least two years in procurement and risk management. You will manage MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs to ensure engagements commence smoothly.

You will review terms, mitigate risks, and coordinate contracting workflows with the legal and finance teams, serving as the main liaison for clients and stakeholders while leveraging Juro for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or law with at least two years as a Contract Specialist.
• Familiar with the fast pace of high-growth organizations; stays calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal colleagues and external partners.
• Proficient with contract management technology, specifically Juro.
• Self-driven with reliable BYOD setup for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, preparing and negotiating terms for MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Review vendor contract terms, identify risks, and recommend changes to mitigate liability.
• Coordinate contracting processes and maintain standard operating procedures within legal and finance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client contracting stakeholders and provide status updates.
