Job summary

Accenture is seeking a contracts professional to lead complex and multi‑phase contracting projects across procurement agreements. You will independently redline, draft, and negotiate terms, escalating only high‑risk items, and document negotiated terms clearly.

You will partner with Legal, COE, and Sourcing to manage contract status, risks, and modifications while mentoring peers and driving playbook improvements. Night shift may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Contracts Management, Procurement, and Global Sourcing.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work night shift schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and multi-phase contracting projects across procurement agreements with accuracy and compliance.
• Redline, draft, and negotiate contract terms; escalate high-risk items per playbook.
• Coordinate with Legal, COE, and Sourcing to monitor contract status, risks, and modifications.
• Mentor and coach peers and junior staff to build contracting capability within the team.
