Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, data protection, and IP issues.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Ironclad or LinkSquares is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements (MSAs, DPAs), vendor contracts, and partnerships.
• Partner with sales, procurement, and security teams to drive deal velocity and manage contract risk.
