Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a highly skilled Contracting Professional to lead complex procurement contracting activities across the full lifecycle. This role requires expertise in drafting, redlining, negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced global environment.

The position involves end-to-end contracting, negotiating terms with suppliers, and advising on compliance and risk.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, or related areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting projects across procurement agreements using approved templates, playbooks, and governance standards.
• Review, draft, and redline contracts while negotiating legal and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Recommend alternative contract language and resolve contractual issues within established guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated commercial terms are accurately reflected in contract documents.
• Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance requirements, and contractual risks.
• Monitor and communicate contract status, modifications, key obligations, and risk updates.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Contracting teams to manage escalations and policy compliance.
• Utilize AI-enabled and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency in contract reviews, redlining, and data analysis.
• Prepare clear and concise contract summaries, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications.
• Manage multiple contracting projects simultaneously while meeting quality and turnaround time expectations.
