Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist in Manila, Philippines, to support procurement lifecycle from intake to execution. This remote role serves as the liaison among requestors, legal, vendors, and procurement, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of contract coordination/review, experience with NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and data privacy, and strong English communication skills for US clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years contract coordination and review experience.
• Experience processing NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy and licensing agreements.
• Experience redlining contracts independently or with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Track procurement lifecycle from intake to execution and maintain records.
• Assess requests, triage and assign matters to appropriate resource.
• Support contract redlining and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Apply playbook standards to review/edit contract language.
• Highlight risks and liaise with counsel and vendors throughout process.
• Facilitate negotiations and manage contract pipeline and reporting.
