Penbrothers International is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to join the Finance Operations team. You will perform the final finance review of revenue contracts, ensuring accurate terms and data across Salesforce, NetSuite, and CLM tools, while coordinating with the Sales team to resolve discrepancies before billing.

The role offers remote work with night shifts (Philippines time) supporting global stakeholders and heavy emphasis on data accuracy and process optimization.

Formación

• Experience in Order Management, Billing Analysis, or Contract Review for revenue contracts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite adds value.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting and data-tracking skills.
• Proactive communicator with U.S. stakeholders and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform final finance checks on revenue-generating contracts to ensure data integrity.
• Update and maintain records in Salesforce and NetSuite for billing and opportunities.
• Communicate with Sales to clarify contract details before billing.
• Use CLM tools to streamline contract review and record-keeping.
• Track contract pipeline with Excel/Google Sheets to avoid billing delays.
• Verify order entry details such as billing frequency and markups for invoicing.
