NRI Australia & New Zealand is hiring a Contract Administrator in Taguig, Philippines. You will manage contract administration across the project lifecycle and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and Oracle, working with account directors, billing, project management and resource teams.

The role requires 3 years in a similar position, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail to support accurate invoicing, governance and audits.

Qualificações

• 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to liaise with all levels of people

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration of contracts from initiation through to completion and close-out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and project records across Salesforce, Oracle and other relevant systems, including contract registers, documentation and key contractual information.
• Assist with contract amendments, variations, extensions and other contractual documentation, ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are obtained and maintained.
• Coordinate information required for client invoicing, including following up outstanding documentation and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain appropriate documentation to support governance and audit requirements and assist with internal and external audit requests relating to contracts and projects.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve contract administration processes, controls, systems and reporting, including opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
