Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Complex Billing Analyst in the Philippines to provide contract to cash support for consultants on major clients and ensure revenue recognition aligns with policy. Responsibilities include setting up project codes, invoicing, validating information, generating final bills, and addressing billing inquiries with clients and consultants.

The role also covers ad hoc reporting, non-routine issue resolution, collections outreach, and collaboration on process

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounting or finance
• Oracle (or other ERP platform) Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role desirable
• Understanding of accounting processes
• Skilled in customer service interactions/ability to communicate with professional image/customer-focused mindset
• Being adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to resolve exceptions and disputes
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate high degree of interpersonal, coaching facilitation and negotiating skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible with position duties and scope of work
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Proficiency in MS Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide contract to cash support to consultants
• Understand contracts for assigned clients and determine the most efficient way to set up project codes and invoice the client
• Gather and validate information and process billing instructions within monthly billing deadlines
• Ensure final bills are generated, prepare supporting documentation and send to clients
• Respond to and investigate/resolve billing inquiries from consultants and clients
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from the client team
• Handle non-routine issues and elevate to management when needed
• Collect outstanding invoices via client outreaches and escalate when appropriate
• Consult with business on process improvement and client financial management
• Ensure all work aligns with targets and SLA objectives
• Innovate client billing tools and test new system functionality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
• Understand and apply Willis Towers Watson’s billing processes and policies
