Penbrothers International is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the Financial Operations team in maintaining accurate and timely billing. You will generate invoices, interpret contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth billing processes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to drive improvements in billing workflows. Remote work is offered, with night shift hours aligned to PST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of similar work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
• Operate in a lean, fast-paced organization.
• Keep detailed notes and reminders in billing documents and tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute invoices per client terms.
• Interpret contracts for prebills, payment terms, and billing frequency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather billing information.
• Keep billing system updated with account preferences.
• Create and modify partner accounts in the ERP system.
• Perform account reconciliations related to billing.
• Issue true up credits and process manual adjustments.
• Address billing discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to billing procedures and identify process improvements.
