Job summary

My Online Staff offers a permanent remote role as a Remote Service Delivery Specialist. The position supports engineering, architecture, and construction teams from the Philippines, aligning with an Australian morning shift to provide timely project coordination, documentation, and procurement assistance.

You will coordinate between site teams, suppliers, and consultants, prepare reports, and support BOQ and RFI processes while ensuring compliance with client standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction documentation processes
• Familiarity with BOQs, RFIs, and project lifecycle
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and documentation for projects
• Link site supervisors, project managers, and consultants to ensure alignment
• Track milestones and flag risks or delays
• Maintain project records and procurement data in the PM system
• Prepare client updates and progress reports and schedule meetings
