Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to keep home improvement and construction projects moving from scheduling through completion. You will act as a central hub among homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and our Project Management team.

In this fast-paced role you will manage schedules, coordinate crews, track progress, communicate updates, and ensure details are documented accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple active projects, schedules and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician and subcontractor assignments for active projects and warranty calls.
• Maintain crew schedules and coordinate daily dispatch needs.
• Schedule Project Manager visits and confirm appointments with homeowners.
• Send project scopes, details and scheduling information to technicians and subcontractors.
• Request and track bids from vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor active projects, milestones, and completion timelines.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and potential delays early.
• Provide homeowners with timely updates on schedules and next steps.
• Maintain accurate job notes and communication records.
