With 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination, you will manage Wunderbuild and Xero daily, oversee RFQs, budgets, and compliance, and keep leaders informed of project status.

• 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles in building/trades sectors.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with accounting software for financial tracking and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation, compliance, and financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence.
• Proactive problem-solver with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Activate and enforce SOPs; translate documentation into daily practice.
• Monitor Wunderbuild progress with photo evidence and actions.
• Oversee RFQ dispatch and follow-up to subcontractors to prevent delays.
• Maintain internal checklists across Wunderbuild or other platforms.
• Track job profitability and budgets in Wunderbuild and Xero daily; report status to founders.
• Manage end-to-end process for project variations and client acceptance.
