Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives for opening major warehouses. You will supervise a team responsible for sourcing facilities, onboarding vendors, and securing permits, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, managing budgets and timelines, addressing escalations, and delivering high-impact projects that boost operational capability and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in business development, project management and/or sales.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• A strong track record of successful project management.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite (Excel, Sheets, Slides).
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Determine feasibility of current and planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance.
• Manage end-to-end project management of openings of major warehouses for SPX.
• Lead a team that sources, negotiates for, and onboards facilities for use by the company and partners.
• Lead teams that onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee renewal of contracts and permits for existing facilities.
• Manage the budget, attendance, and performance of the team.
• Address escalations from stakeholders in your region.
• Regularly report KPIs to management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Launch high-impact projects to increase operational capability and achieve cost savings.
