Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager in Senior Management to oversee market KPIs and coordinate with team managers to meet production goals. You will drive performance consistency and ensure availability across shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to influence outcomes using data, reports, and stakeholder collaboration. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear goals and measurements; drives team results.
• Coaches and develops Team Leaders and teammates to meet standards.
• Ensures coaching is consistent and effective across forums.
• Uses behavioural coaching to enable leaders to self-assess methods for success.
• Leads two-way dialogue between leaders and other functions to drive excellence.
• Develops Team Leaders and Support Leaders through diverse development programs.
• Delegates and adapts coaching style based on performance and knowledge.
• Utilizes career development planning for teammates and leaders.
• Manages time effectively to prioritize coaching and development activities.
• Fosters global relationships to ensure information flow and feedback on changes.
