Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a remote role overseeing 10-20 high-end residential renovations across the U.S. market.

You will drive project delivery from sold handoff through procurement, construction, punch, and closeout, coordinating with installers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, deep Buildertrend knowledge, and Excellent English; you’ll work during U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in residential construction.
• Experience managing 10-20 projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or equivalent PM software.
• Excellent English communication with homeowners and trades.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit proposals, designs, and milestones for completeness.
• Lead internal reviews and schedule measurement.
• Coordinate field measurements, site conditions, and access.
• Develop installation-ready scopes and baselines.
• Track costs, margins, and supplier orders.
• Manage 10-20 active projects and document progress.
• Communicate with clients and trade partners regularly.
